Columbia Parks and Recreation Department has a wide variety of beautiful venues and facilities that are available for public rentals. From the historic Keenan House to the one room park building at Mays Park, the city can provide you with the perfect space for just about any occasion. Want to host a large fundraiser outside? Organizations can rent Finlay Park, Riverfront Park and most of our other large parks. Looking for a intimate party with a great view? Top of Finlay is just the place. Talk to Pearl Osborne for more information and remember to book early! *Reservation Procedures* All reservations must be made at the Parks and Recreation Administration Office, 1932 Calhoun, Street, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. All reservations must be made in person. You may call to see if a facility is available on the date you wish to rent. All facilities must be closed and vacated by 11:00 p.m. All reservations by organizations and individuals require a facility reservation form or a special events form to be completed by the reserving party. All appropriate fees must be paid at the time of reservation. Community centers to include gymnasiums can not be reserved during operating hours. Persons must be 21 years of age or older to rent a facility; reservations require adult supervision. Reservations must be made at least 15 day in advance.
